Lead by example!

Today is a new day and a new beginning. This is how I envision writing. No matter how distant I might become, writing, here, is a form of hope. I have been escaping this space for long and I was like, nothing is new to tell about. The same routines... Till you feel like there is something extraordinary to celebrate and share with the world.
I am thankful to devoted teachers for making a difference. Lately, I have visited one prep school and nothing is special about this school, at first sight. Yet, when you enter the school, you feel the vibrancy of the staff, the positive energy spread everywhere. The principal, or the headmaster testifies to the full involvement of all the teachers into creating a safe environment, into unleashing creative energy.
Let me just tell you that this headmaster is exemplary. He has in him a deep concern for making a difference and supporting teachers who showcase such an exceptional energy. As a matter of fact, for a school to be exemplary, from my own perspective and short experience, there must be some compelling conditions. Despite all the hindrances the staff of the school might face, they need to have a principal, with the qualities of a LEADER. That's the first stepping stone. Yet, in order to succeed, the principal can not do it alone. He/she must be supported by active, devoted teachers. That's it!
My routine-like visit turned into amazement at the hard work the principal and the teachers have been involved in, despite the lack of resources. Personally, I strongly believe in the power of solidarity among the staff of any school. Without it, the school may sink into an abyss of violence and miscommunications.
However, when teachers do not come to school to do some mechanical tasks only, wonders happen. Hence, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Below are some pictures that are a foretaste of the amazing work Mr.Rafrafi was involved in, with the help of the school principal, other teachers, students and parents. Please do not only comment, but also share with the world. This post is written to set an example for other teachers in under-privileged areas. Wonders happen ! Do join hands to improve your school environment and you will be amazed that your school results would get back subsequently, at the top.
